Free Shipping in the U.S.

Every DKB product ships FREE—no matter the size! 
Our freight carriers  to most locations within the contiguous United States. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout.    

1. Shipping Timeframes

Small ground Packages 

  • Delivered in 2-10 business days
  • Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing before shipping
  • Need to prioritize your order? Contact Customer Service for options

Oversized Packages (Vanities & Large Items) 

  • 2-10 business days  (plus 24-48 business hours processing).

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s website

Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for tracking details to activate.

3. What to do Upon Delivery?

Inspect Your Package

Carefully check your delivery before signing. If there’s visible damage:

  • Inform the freight carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt
  • You may choose to refuse the package or the damaged portion only.
