DKB vanities are  made with solid wood frame & drawer box combination with plywood.

Our vanities ship with the base cabinet fully assembled. You'll need to install the sink and countertop.

To care for and clean the vanity base cabinet, use a soft damp cloth to wipe off dirt and dust; follow with a dry cloth. Avoid any harsh cleaners, waxes, abrasive materials that will scratch or stick to the surface, as well as excessive moisture. Wipe off any spills or drips immediately to maintain the finish.

The maintenance on your quartz product is very simple. It does not need to be sealed ever and can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid using any harsh chemical cleaners on the countertop as well as sponges or brushes that are abrasive and could scratch the surface.

Avoid direct contact with heat, this includes hair styling tools that are hot and exposed directly to the quartz. 

To maintain the beauty of your countertop, avoid excessive weight or force on the countertop paying special attention to edges and seam locations. Although it is a tough surface, it is not indestructible to cracks, chips or pitting.

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.

3. What to do upon delivery?

Inspect Your Package

Carefully check your delivery before signing. If there’s visible damage:

• Inform the freight carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt
• You may choose to refuse the package or the damaged portion only.

Return Requirements: 

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

• A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. 
• Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in perfect condition. 
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and secured with all original protective materials (shipping pallet, shrink wrap, foam, etc.). 
• Items must be placed inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage in transit. 
• Once the return is initiated, the product must arrive at our warehouse within the 90-day window. 

Cost of Return:

• No return or restocking fees if the item is returned within 90 days and in its original condition and packaging. 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Items returned damaged or improperly repackaged may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This can be avoided by carefully using the original packaging materials for your return. 

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 
• If you used a credit card, the refund will go back to that same card. 
• Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund once the return is received. 
• Additional 5–10 business days may be required for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your account. 

How to Start a Return:

1. Please ensure the product is carefully repackaged using all original materials, especially the pallet, as this is required for freight pickup. We are unable to proceed with the pickup without it.
2. Email your return request to: sales@dkbvanity.com
3. We’ll email you a return shipping label. 
4. Print the label and affix it securely to your package.
5. Our team will coordinate a scheduled pickup with you. Please note that missed appointments may be subject to a $150 rescheduling fee.
